As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a refined and welcoming dining experience, we respectfully remind all members and their guests of the Club’s dress code standards. Appropriate attire reflects the traditions of PVCC and contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all.

Members and guests are encouraged to wear polished, tasteful attire suitable for a private club setting. Examples of appropriate clothing include:
- Collared shirts or blouses

- Tailored shorts (weather-appropriate, neat in appearance)
- Closed-toe shoes, dress sandals (for women), or polished footwear
- Blazers, jackets, or sweaters (optional but encouraged, particularly in the evening)
Dining Room and Dining Room Bar Inappropriate Attire
To preserve the elevated dining atmosphere, the following items are not permitted in the dining room:
- Hats (except for religious or medical purposes)
- Tank tops, sleeveless undershirts, or crop tops
- Flip-flops, beachwear, or excessively casual footwear

- Clothing with offensive language, imagery, or graphics
- Garments with strong or unpleasant odors
- Excessively distressed, revealing, or overly casual clothing
Sports Bar Attire
While the Sports Bar offers a more relaxed atmosphere, members and guests are still expected to maintain a standard of appearance that reflects the Club’s values. There is no formal dress code in this area; however, the following items remain prohibited:
- Clothing with offensive language, imagery, or graphics
- Garments with strong or unpleasant odors
- Excessively distressed, revealing, or overly casual clothing
Summer Patio Attire
We recognize the need for comfort in warm weather and allow for more relaxed attire on the patio during summer months. The following adjustments are permitted for outdoor patio dining:
- Hats are permitted
- Tailored shorts and polished casual footwear (e.g., loafers, boat shoes, dress sandals) are acceptable
- Resort-style attire is welcome, provided it remains tasteful and neat in appearance
We kindly ask that even in casual settings, attire remains respectful of the Club’s environment and standards.
Discreet and courteous reminders may be provided at checkout should attire not meet expectations. Members are encouraged to share this policy with their guests in advance to ensure a seamless experience for all.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding the standards and traditions that make PVCC a gracious and distinguished setting for all.
