Member Registration Instructions

We have recently updated our website and as a result, all members will need to register in order to access the members-only area. Enter your Member Number, First Name and Last Name as they appear on your account statement. For detailed instructions, please click here.

When you have completed all three fields, click Validate. You will be directed to the next page where you will choose a Username and set your Password.

How to Format Your Member Number

Your member number should be entered in the following format: ####-###

• Most member numbers are 3 digits, so you'll need to add a leading 0 (e.g., 123 becomes 0123).

• The last 3 digits indicate the member type:

  • Primary member: 000

  • Spouse: 001

  • Additional family members: 002, 003, etc.

Example:
If your member number is 123 and you are the primary member, you would enter: 0123-000
